The perfect delicate blend of herbs in Portland Creamery´s Herbes de Provence Chèvre will rile up the chef in each of us. Serve a dollop of this chevre over your grilled summer squash, another on the minestrone soup, and the last to finish a cream sauce for your steak.

Ingredients: pasteurized goat milk, salt, rennet, herbs, cultures (Lactococcus and lactobacillus)

  • Texture: soft and spreadable.

    Taste: up front you will taste notes of sweet grass, fresh lactic cream. Herbaceous notes linger gently.

    Aroma: fragrant grassy and herbal notes support the .sweet-smelling chèvre.
